HUBER Bodywear GmbH is a brand of HUBER Holding. As early as 2007, HUBER Holding established a code of conduct that was binding on all Group companies, in which, among other things, the issues of social responsibility, safety and the environment were clearly regulated. This code of conduct applies equally to all our employees as well as to all suppliers and service providers.
Employment and working conditions as recommended by the International Labour Organization (ILO) are the basis for co-operation in HUBER Holding. This guarantees the employees safe and hygienic working conditions and the elimination of child labor.
These criteria are not only valid for our company, but also apply to foreign branches and business partners. In our own interest as well as in the interests of colleagues and the entire group, safety regulations must be complied with.
Furthermore, we obligate all suppliers to comply with a supplier declaration, which is an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions. Every supplier has to confirm the compliance with these guidelines once a year in writing. These guidelines are also part of our internal quality assurance manual, which also ensures guidelines and adherence to the OEKO-TEX® standard 100.
Our in-house quality assurance representatives visit all of our suppliers’ factories in Asia and the EU at least twice a year, even unannounced, stay on site for several weeks and as part of these journeys verify compliance with our supplier guidelines, which are based on international standards. Furthermore, we are expressly do not produce in problem countries, such as Bangladesh, Cambodia or Myanmar, where the security and transparency as well as social standards cannot be guaranteed.
Using all of these standards and regulations, we are able to deliver to you superior quality and trustworthy products!
